Admiralty Inlet Pilot Tidal Project

Project Profile

This project is intended primarily to be a research site for tidal energy generation, and is expected to operate for just three to five years. NOAA is working with the PUD, the Northwest Fisheries Science Center and the Northwest National Renewable Energy Marine Center at the University of Washington to determine appropriate monitoring protocols and mitigation measures.
